My name is Clarence Smith and I would like to introduce you to a guy who got me out of a very deep hole. Soon (within a hour) after I went online in search for financing for a new or newer automobile than the one I was currently driving, I received a call from a Mr. Don Ferrell with an offer to help me out.
The very first thing Don did was to tell me he would bend over backwards to help me get into a great car and he made it perfectly clear what he could and could not do (the "could do's" easily out weighted the "could not's"). Don didn't pressure me one bit from the very beginning, he just presented me with several excellent choices of cars to consider along with exactly what it would take for him to get me into one of them, but he also was very straight forward and up front about what was required of me.
After I decided to go forward, he voluntarily offered to bring the car to me at my home or my job for my personal inspection, which he did. The car was a Chrysler 300 with very low miles and it looked brand new inside and out. That vehicle was everything he said it would be over the phone so I bought it. He even stuck to his original offer for my trade-in even though my VW turned out to be in worst shape than even I thought it was in. I honestly would not hesitate to call Don the very next time I'm in need of a car.
